Los Premios Emmy 2021 se realizarán este domingo 19 de septiembre en el Microsoft Theater de Los Ángeles. La ceremonia será de manera presencial y con público reducido. Cedric the Entertainer será el encargado de llevar a cabo el evento.

La transmisión comenzará a partir de las 18:00 horas de Guatemala y será transmitido por medio de la pantalla de TNT. Disponible para todos los guatemaltecos con acceso a las operadoras de cable del país.

Cabe resaltar que las series “The Crown” y “The Mandalorian” encabezaron la lista de participantes con 24 nominaciones cada uno. En segundo lugar le sigue Wandavison con 23 candidaturas.

Latinos nominados en los Emmy 2021

Entre los latinos que figuran en las nominaciones de los premios Emmy se encuentra  Anya Taylor-Joy como mejor actriz de una serie limitada por “The Queen’s Gambit”. Además, también participa Lin Manuel Miranda en la categoría de mejor actor por la adaptación televisiva por su participación en el musical “Hamilton”. De igual forma MJ Rodríguez podría ser una de las ganadoras de los Emmy como la mejor actriz por su actuación en “Pose”.
