Lo que debes saber. La próxima entrega de los galardones del cine se llevará a cabo este domingo 10 de marzo en el Dolby Theatre del Ovation Hollywood, y la emisión en vivo llegará a millones de hogares a través de la cadena norteamericana ABC.

• Por cuarta vez consecutiva, el carismático Jimmy Kimmel será el anfitrión de esta gala cinematográfica de renombre internacional.
• En lo que respecta a los nominados, destaca la película “Oppenheimer” con un impresionante total de 14 nominaciones.
• Entre las categorías en las que sobresale se encuentran Mejor Director, Mejor Película, Mejor Actor Principal y Mejor Actriz de Reparto. Este año podría marcar un hito en la carrera de Christopher Nolan, quien aspira a obtener su primer Oscar. A lo largo de su trayectoria, Nolan ha sido nominado en diversas ocasiones, pero hasta ahora no ha conseguido llevarse el galardon. 

Qué destacar. En segundo lugar, en la lista de nominados se encuentra “Poor Things” de Yorgos Lanthimos, con un total de 12 nominaciones.

• La película, protagonizada por Emma Stone, cuenta la historia de una mujer que es devuelta a la vida por un científico loco y ha estado en el centro de atención en otras ceremonias de premiación como los Critics Choice Awards y los Globos de Oro.
• Esto podría significar el segundo Oscar como Mejor Actriz Principal para Stone.
